Mahesh Kumawat had arrived in Delhi on the day of the attack, adding another layer to the complex web of conspirators. The accused played a role in destroying the mobile phones of the four individuals previously arrested in connection with the Parliament security breach, according to India Today.

Lalit Jha, the mastermind behind the New Delhi attack, sought refuge in Mahesh's hideout in Rajasthan when authorities were on the lookout for him. Delhi Police officials revealed that Kumawat had been in contact with Neelam Devi, a protester outside the Lok Sabha during the smoke bomb attack.

The disruptive incident occurred on December 13, when individuals, including Neelam Devi and Amol Shinde, threw smoke cannisters into the Lok Sabha chamber, causing chaos among MPs. The motive behind the attack was to create anarchy and compel the government to meet their demands. Six individuals have been arrested thus far in connection with this alarming case.
